Career Prospects and Pay Scale

The appointment of Executive will be on Contractual basis. The Contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and this may be reviewed for extension on year to year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance. On Successful Completion of a period of 3 years of Contractual service, such appointees may become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) through a Selection process that would be conducted by IDBI Bank. 

The Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as:-

• Rs. 17,000/- per month in the first year
• Rs. 18,500/- per month in the second year and
• Rs. 20,000/- per month in the third year of service. 

These Executives shall not be entitled to draw any allowances such as DA, HRA, etc.

IDBI Executive Recruitment 2018 : Eligibility Criteria 

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2018):

Minimum 20 years and Maximum 25 years i.e. the applicant must have been born not earlier than 02 January, 1993 and not later than 01 January, 1998 (Both dates inclusive). Relaxation in upper age limit for OBC, SC/ST and PWD is 3 years, 5 years and 10 years respectively. 

Educational Qualification (As on 28 February, 2018):

A Degree (Graduation) in any Descipline from a University recognized by the Government of India with a minimum of 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST/PWD). Those who are in final year/Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that if called for Document Verification, they will have to produce proof of having passed the Graduation examination on or before February 28, 2018.

IDBI Executive Recruitment 2018 : Selection Process 

The Selection Process for the post of Executive will comprise of an Online Test. The Structure of the Examination is as follows:

For each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted. 

The applicants, who are successful in online test, would be called for a Document Verification and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test. The number of candidates called for Document Verification will be at the discretion of the Bank. The final Selection or offer of employment would be made based on applicant's marks in Online test, subject to being found medically fit and subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria.
