SSC CHSL 2016 : Tier-I Exam Cut off

Dear Friends,
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the cut-off of SSC CHSL 2016 Tier-I Exam on 01 June 2017 on its official website. It has also declared the list of qualified candidates for Descriptive (Tier-II) Exam. SSC CHSL 2016 Tier-I Exam was conducted from 07 January to 08 February 2017.


Based on CHSL Tier-I Cut-off marks, Candidates have been shortlisted for Descriptive Paper. If a candidate scores equal or more marks than cut off then they are declared qualified for appearing in the next round of Selection Procedure. SSC CHSL Exam was conducted to recruit 5134 candidates for the post of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant (PA/SA), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Court Clerk.

This year about 64 lakhs candidate registered for the SSC CHSL 2016 Exam but only 30,57,993 candidates appeared in the said examination. Out of these, 53,201 candidates were declared qualified for appearing for the Descriptive Paper (Tier-I). Details on the cut off marks of each category and number of students qualified is given below.
