Around 15 Lakh Candidates of Railway Exams of 2018 did not got refund of Examination Fee: Railway Ministry

Replying to a Question in Rajya Sabha, Railway Ministry said that it had not refunded examination fees of around 15 lakh candidates who appeared for various exams of Railway in 2018. As per the Notification of these exams, Railway had to refund Rs. 250 to reserved category candidate and Rs. 400 to General Category Candidate who appeared in Tier-I of their respective exams. Exam fee for these exams was fixed at Rs 250 for the exempted categories and Rs 500 for the general category.
